Drop oil into the ear lying down sideways at bedtime. Plug with cotton so that oil stays in the ear overnight. Wipe off the oil with a new dry piece of cotton, the next day morning. Pour oil in the alternate ear the following night and repeat this process. Treat both the ears alternatively for 48 days to improve hearing.
